Refund & Cancellation Policy
Return Policy
We want your experience with Reework to be smooth and worry-free. That’s why we’ve designed our return policy to be as simple and transparent as possible.
1. Returning Unused Products
You may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of placing your order. Please ensure that the product seal, original packaging, and boxing remain intact. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Reverse pickup charges may apply based on your location.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment method. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account once the returned item is received and verified.
2. Damaged Products / Missing Items / Wrong Orders
If your order arrives with damaged products, missing items, or is incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To raise a claim, email us at support@reework.in or call us at 02240778877 and include:
- A clear unboxing videos
- Photos of the outer packaging and the products received
After our team reviews the issue, we will arrange a reverse pickup and issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability.
Please note:
- Replacements are subject to stock availability.
- No additional compensation or free items will be provided.
- Reework’s liability is limited to the value of the product or order in question.
3. Refund Timelines
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 Business Days
Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation of items in your order before they are dispatched. At the time of cancellation, please indicate your refund preference:
- Original Payment Method – Refund will be issued back to the payment source used during purchase.
Once your cancellation request is processed, Reework will initiate the refund as per your selected method.
