A ReeWorker is an individual using Reework to achieve health goals through personalized guidance from qualified dietitians on an integrated digital platform.

A qualified dietitian leveraging Reework to deliver personalized nutrition plans and support, guiding Reeworkers towards sustainable health outcomes.

Any professional qualified Dietitian/Clinical Nutritionist with formal education and experience in Nutrition and Dietetics can become a ReeCoach.

  • 1. Download Reework from the (Apple Store/Google Play Store).
  • 2. Click 'Sign Up' button on the welcome screen.
  • 3. Fill your Basic Information.
  • 4. Choose your Subscription Plan.
  • 5. Complete Your Questionnaire.
  • 6. Start exploring the features and track your health with Reework.

Reework is compatible with most iOS and Android devices. For iOS, it requires version 12.0 or higher, and for Android, it requires version 8.0 or higher. Check your device's software version to ensure compatibility.

  • 1. Open the app and tap on the "Log In" button.
  • 2. Enter your registered email/mobile number and password/OTP.

  • 1. Tap the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen.
  • 2. Enter the email address or mobile number associated with your account.
  • 3. Follow the instructions sent to you via email.

Reework's security policy sometimes requires you to enter your password if you have not logged in with OTP for a long time. This is done to ensure that no one else can access your account after you have discarded your mobile number and assigned it to someone else, per government policy.

  • 3. Edit Profile.
  • 4. Change your Email ID or mobile number and update.

  • 1. Make sure you have entered the correct Email address or mobile number.
  • 2. Check your spam or junk folder if using Email.
  • 3. Check your notification setting on the phone, grant access to Reeowrk to send you notifications/Email
  • 4. If you still haven’t received it after a few minutes, try resending the verification code or contact our support team for assistance.

No, you will need to log out of one account before logging into another.

Reework locks an account for a specified period or permanently in case there are too many failed login attempts to your account. This is for the security of your account. You should be able to gain access back to your account by resetting your password or you can contact the ReeCoach support team via the 'Help & Support' section.

Yes, you need an internet connection to use the app.

You will be notified that your plan is ending. If not renewed, you get access to only limited features features and functionalities under the free plan.
